Registration is now open!
Each quarter, please join me for an interactive experience to learn about nutritional support through foods over the age of 65. Hosted by the Mariposa and Sonora Senior Centers. These classes are free, made possible by the Area 12 Agency on Aging, are always during lunch (12-1pm).
